It's one of those days. I hopped out of bed, freshened up, sipped my coffee, and braced myself for a super productive day ahead. "I'll conquer the world today!", I thought. Yet, fast forward six hours, and I've dabbled in multiple tasks but haven't completed a single one. Okay, confession - I did manage to down three more cups of coffee.

Previously, days like these would have sent my anxiety through the roof, with me berating myself endlessly. But over time, I've come to accept that some days just don't flow as planned. On such days, it's best to unwind, spend quality time with my feline friend, maybe binge a TV series and hit the reset button. Instead of wallowing in self-reproach, guess what?
